at Crook Hall
A special venue for weddings, events and other special occasions
in the heart of Durham City
Country Life described Crook Hall as having ‘history, beauty and romance'.
Over the years we have often been asked if we would hold weddings here, the idylic setting being perfect for such an important occasion. We have therefore decided to hire the hall out for weddings, anniversaries or other celebrations, on selected Fridays and Saturdays.
We have a full license to conduct marriages and civil partnerships in the Mediaeval Hall, the Jacobean sitting room or Georgian dining room.
You and your guests would have exclusive use of the Hall and Gardens for the whole day between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
