We have established an old fashioned vegetable plot within the gardens. The green house is home to our vine and tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber are grown for the kitchen. A potted lemon tree and a blueberry sit side-by-side enjoying the heat. Out side the greenhouse rhubarb, potatoes, onions, leeks and pumpkins are just some of the produce grown each year. They are all surrounded by blackcurrant, raspberry, gooseberry bushes watched over by our scarecrow.
