Visit Crook Hall & Gardens in the Autumn
A second flush of colour from the roses and some of the perennials along with rapidly ripening fruit all help to make Autumn a wonderful time of the year at the Hall.
In the greenhouse the grapevine is covered with huge bunches of purple fruit. In the Orchard the plums, damsons and apples are ready to pick.
The vegetable plot is rewarding us for all our hard work throughout the year even though the scarecrow has begun to look rather forlorn.

The leaves are beginning to fall but for many visitors the autumn crocuses provide a surprise as they stand like ballerinas and seem to dance throughout the gardens adding to the magic which is Crook Hall.
