Initially a grass maze but now planted with cotoneaster and a hornbeam centre, this is a play area for children and adults alike.
Surrounding the maze are the arches of roses and clematis. A variety of specimen trees and shrubs grow amongst the wild flowers including an Indian bean tree, eucalyptus and sambuca. Along the metal fence are some magnificent early flowering roses Shropshire Lass and Constance Spry Along the wall is a lovely early flowering yellow rose Rosa banksea.
